What if I don't know the Lot & Plan number?
No problem! Use our Current Title (Address Search) option — just enter the property address and we'll locate the correct title reference for you.
Can I use this for legal purposes?
Yes. For legal and settlement purposes, choose the relevant state title search for the property, such as QLD Current Title Search, VIC Register Search Statement, or the equivalent product for supported states. NSW searches are no longer available.
What's included in a Current Title?
A Current Title includes: owner names, lot & plan reference, easements, covenants, mortgages, caveats and leases — all registered interests on the property.
What states do you cover?
We cover QLD, VIC, SA, WA, TAS, ACT and NT. NSW searches are no longer available through Title Finder Property Searches.
What's your refund policy?
If we can't locate or deliver your document, you get a full refund. If you order the wrong document, contact us within 24 hours and we'll help credit it toward the right search.
